At Woodstock Fitness, our goal is to get you into the best shape of your life - and make sure you have a great time doing it!
Our Fitness BootCamp combines aerobic and anaerobic exercises with cardio movements to burn calories and create muscle. We incorporate different levels of functional movement into each exercise. But we don't stop there!
Along with the exercise class comes an entire nutrition program, tailored to your individual needs. This is personal training in a group setting, guaranteed to get you feeling better than you have in years!

Our BootCamp will push you... but you don't have to worry about a Drill Sergeant yelling at you. Our certified instructors take pride in their friendliness and encouragement. Each exercise can be done at many grades of fitness levels. You will be able to keep up... and you will be able to push to the next level, no matter what that may be!

I have never been what some might call a "skinny" girl, but I've never been severely overweight either. I'm one of those women who cold always stand to lose 5-10 pounds. About two years ago, I tried Jenny Craig. I lost 15 pounds. But in the last two years, I have put 20 pounds back on. Packaged food diets are great if that is the only food you want to eat for the rest of your life - and who needs all that sodium, really?
I don't particularly care for aerobics or running - and I'm not really the Yoga or Pilates type either...
Enter Boot-Camp
I lost weight, I lost inches, I had fun and I feel great! For 45 minutes, three days a week, I was put through strengthening, cardio and endurance exercises that were felt for a few days after, but got easier and easier as the weeks went on. I learned nutrition information that worked for me and my lifestyle that I will use for the rest of my life. It's not called, "Boot-Camp" for nothing - you will work your butt off - literally - but if you stick with it and dedicate yourself to the nutrition that is best for you, you WILL see results!
