Here's What Our Classes Will Do For You!
Look good, feel good - lose fat and gain muscle! Get that healthy exercise that you've been telling yourself you "should" do! We only get one body... and none of us are getting any younger!
Are you trying to push to the next level? Or trying for that first push-up since high school?
Our BootCamp will push you... but you don't have to worry about a Drill Sergeant yelling at you. Our certified instructors take pride in their friendliness and encouragement. Each exercise can be done at many grades of fitness levels. You will be able to keep up... and you will be able to push to the next level, no matter what that may be!
Our KickBoxing classes are NOT "punch to the music" dances. Instead, you will target our stand up bags or focus pads with a variety of punches, kicks, elbows and knees, all taught exactly as we teach them to our Mixed Martial Arts students. The techniques you use not only burn serious calories - they might come in handy one day! Once again, you work at your own pace, you decide the intensity whether it's the stride of a weekend warrior or the blistering workout of a professional fighter!

"I am 52, female, and was diagnosed with severe degenerative disc disease. I had just finished 10 weeks of physical therapy when my daughter, Kara, asked me to join BootCamp with her. I like to stay in shape, so I thought I would try it. When I started, I used the smallest weights possible and did not push myself: I was afraid. I also took ibuprofen after each class, out of fear of being in pain. Well, I figured if I was going to get anything out of this class, I had to push myself like Carolyn suggested. I found out I was sore, but a good "workout sore". I stopped taking the ibuprofen, and discovered I didn't need it. I am having FUN, and getting in shape, and not in pain. I thank Kurt and Carolyn, I am so glad I joined! Thank you."
